Working via our event agency Jack Morton Worldwide we were very pleased with the service provided by Rachel Ryan from Wise Events. Rachel managed the process of online registration, flight requests and confirmation of travel itineraries carefully managing the interaction between our guests, our travel agency and the event management team. Rachel’s assistance with distribution of all confirmations and itineraries made a complicated task much easier and she acted as the main point of contact for attendee queries and bookings. Rachel’s booking engine also provided the basis for a post-event survey that was really helpful in gaining further insight from our guests.

During the actual event Rachel’s proactive assistance ensure that despite a variety of flight changes and cancellations relating to weather all guests safely arrived and departed on time or with a minimum of inconvenience. We would certainly recommend Rachel and Wise Events.
